How does ToiletFinder know where toilets are?

ToiletFinder combines data from public sources with community contributions. Users can add new toilets, confirm existing ones are open, and share tips about access codes or other useful information.

How do I add a new toilet?

Tap the "+" button on the map, place the pin at the toilet's location, fill in the details (name, type, features), and submit. Your contribution helps the whole community!

What does the confidence indicator mean?

How do I report incorrect information?

Open the toilet details, scroll down, and tap "Report Issue". Select the reason (incorrect info, permanently closed, etc.) and submit. Our team reviews all reports.

Is my location data stored?

No. Your location is only used in real-time to find nearby toilets. We never store your location history or track your movements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why do I need to allow location access?

Location access is required to show you toilets near your current position. Without it, the app cannot function properly. We only access your location when you're actively using the app.

Can I use ToiletFinder offline?

Currently, ToiletFinder requires an internet connection to load toilet data. Offline support may be added in a future update.

How do I delete my data?

Your contributions (reviews, tips, toilets you've added) can be removed upon request. Contact us at the email above with your request.
